보증기간은 구입일로부터 6개월입니다.

CHIRLO 제품은 고객을 위해 특별히 수작업으로 제작되는 "맞춤 제작" 공정을 통해 생산됩니다.

따라서 고객 변심에 의한 교환 및 환불은 불가능합니다. 이 점을 명심하시기 바랍니다.

교환 및 반품이 가능한 경우

주문한 상품과 다른 상품, 색상이 배송되었거나, 가죽, 부자재, 봉제 불량이 있는 경우 배송 후 7일 이내에 고객센터로 연락주시면 도와드리겠습니다.

교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

단순한 변심으로 인한 요청, 포장 구성품이 분실되었거나, 상품을 사용하였거나, 고객님 부주의로 상품이 훼손된 경우에는 교환, 반품이 불가능합니다.

고객 부주의가 아닌 스티치 불량에 대해서는 6개월 이내 무상수선이 가능합니다.(배송비 고객부담)

6개월 보증기간 이후 수리가 가능한 경우에는 유상 수리가 가능합니다.

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

CHIRLO products are produced using a “custom-made” process where they are handcrafted specifically for the customer.

Therefore, exchanges and refunds due to customer change of mind are not possible. Please keep this in mind.

When exchange and return are possible

If a product or color different from the product you ordered is delivered, or there is a defect in leather, accessory materials, or sewing, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you.

When exchange and return are not possible

Exchanges or returns are not possible if a request is made due to a simple change of mind, packaging components are lost, the product has been used, or the product is damaged due to the customer's carelessness.

Free repairs are available within 6 months for stitching defects that are not due to customer carelessness (delivery costs are borne by the customer).

If repairs are possible after the 6-month warranty period, repairs are available for a fee.
